Barbara Ann Tesch

Barbara Ann Tesch of Aquilla went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at the age of 60.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 41 years, Clarence “Skip” Tesch; children, Christopher Allen Tesch and wife, Amanda, Angel Bozorics, Misty Tesch, and Michelle Stambaugh and husband, Shad; grandchildren, Elizabeth Tesch, Chris Tesch, Kelsy Drake, and husband, Zack, Ethan Tesch, Kristen Williams and husband, Ryan, and Kaitlyn Stambaugh; and five great-grandchildren.

Barbara was born on December 30, 1958, to Lois Shipp.  She grew up in the Presbyterian Children’s Home and was adopted by Frank and Helen Bozorics and attended Waxahachie schools.  She met Skip in the Spring of 1978 and they were married October 30, 1978.

Barbara was a devoted mother and wife, and had been Skip’s dedicated care-giver since December 2010.  If you know her, you know she daily called her state representatives and elected officials to voice her opinions about government issues and to advocate Skip.  Before Skip’s stroke in 2010, Skip and Barbara loved traveling to Seattle, San Antonio, and New Orleans.  But more than anything, Barbara loved her family and spending time with them.  And they loved her.
