Chloe Foster, 84, of Hillsboro passed away peacefully Tuesday, October, 1, 2019, at home with her family by her side. Private graveside services will be held. The family will hold a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Kingdom Hall, 349 FM 3267, Hillsboro, Texas with Jonathan Neuman officiating.
Chloe was born November 13, 1934, in Sylvania, Ohio. On June 7, 1954, Chloe was united in marriage to Garner D. Foster in Charleston, South Carolina. She had a degree in accounting. She and Garner moved to their farm in Woodbury for their retirement years. Chloe enjoyed gardening and cooking. She loved animals. Chloe was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 63 years, Garner D. Foster; parents, Loretta and Grover Hagg; son, Robert Paul Foster; four sisters, Nellie, Beverly, Betty, and Marie; and brother, Troy.
Survivors include her sister, Billie of Ohio; grandson, Ryan Foster of Corpus Christi; and a number of nieces and nephews.
