Billy Ray Mash

Billy Ray Mash, 91, of Hillsboro, Texas, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022.  No services are planned at this time.

Mr. Mash was born February 25, 1931, to Raymond “Si” Mash and Mary Moselle (Lavender) Mash, in the Lovelace Community of Hill County.  He served his country in the United States Air Force from March 17, 1951, until he was honorably discharged March 16, 1955.  Mr. Mash was a Real Estate Broker with his own real estate company.  He was of the Baptist faith and attended church at both First Baptist Church and Central Baptist Church in Hillsboro.

Survivors include his son, Randal Scott Mash; his daughter, Terry Mash Jackson; his brother, Glenn Ross (Bubo) Mash and his wife, Doris, of Irving, Texas; his sister, Joy Mash Holmes, of Rock Hill, South Carolina; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and extended family.

Mr. Mash will be cremated, and his ashes scattered later in a private ceremony.
