Charles Myatt

Charles "Chuck" Micheal Myatt, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025, at the age of seventy-five. He was a longtime resident of Whitney, Texas.

Chuck was born on October 13, 1950, to Herbert and Morian Nell (Hodges) Myatt. Chuck went to many different schools due to his father being in the Armed Services. Chuck was in sales most of his life, working for Safety Kleen and Dr Pepper. It was thirty-six years ago at Dr Pepper where he met the love of his life, Christie. They made their home in Whitney, Texas.

Chuck was an avid outdoorsman who loved beautifying and maintaining his property, fishing, hunting, and creating special projects in his shed. He was very meticulous in everything he did. He was an animal lover of all animals, especially dogs and cats and spared no expense for their comfort and care.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Myatt, Sr. and Morian Nell (Hodges) Myatt; two brothers, Herbert Myatt, Jr. and Jimmy Ross Myatt, Sr.; and his faithful loving fur baby, Harley.

Chuck is survived by his loving partner, Christie Bonner; his daughters, Melissa, Rendy, Brenda and Amanda; his grandchildren Dax, Caden, and Jordan; his nephews, Robert, Jr., Derek, Jimbo, Jason, Herb, and Jeremy; his nieces, Amity and Madison; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Chuck will be remembered and live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him and will be greatly missed. A celebration of his life will be held in his honor at a later date
