Charlotte Ruth Myers

Charlotte Ruth Myers, 84, of Hillsboro, Texas, was called home to be with the Lord on May 3rd, leaving behind a legacy rooted in deep love, devotion to her family, and a life that reflected the light of Jesus in all she did.

Charlotte was the beloved wife of Frank Myers for 62 years. Their marriage was a beautiful reflection of commitment, grace, and steadfast love. Together, they built a home that stood as a place of refuge and welcome for all who entered.

She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Kimberly and Michelle, and a cherished Mimi to five grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, Chris, Robert, and Emily. She also looked forward to welcoming her first great-grandchild, still on the way. She delighted in every moment spent with them and making each one feel deeply known and loved.

There was never a question of whether she would show up for someone in need, she simply did, quietly and without hesitation. As one of God's servants, she covered others in prayer. Her faith was not only spoken, but it was also lived daily, and her life became a testimony that inspired all who knew her. Charlotte carried herself with grace that seemed endless, extending kindness, compassion, and understanding to everyone she encountered. She had a beautiful way of making people feel seen, loved, and cared for, just as Jesus calls us to do.

Charlotte also carried a quiet elegance, always stylish, yet never seeking attention for herself. Her beauty radiated from within, rooted in her faith and her deep love for others.

Her legacy of faith, love, and service will continue to live on through her family, her community, and all those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Myers; her daughters, Kimberly and Michelle; her five grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; and her siblings, Melvin Curry and Loretta Wester.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th at 10:00 a.m. at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors, 2495 Corsicana Highway, Hillsboro, TX 76645.

Charlotte will be deeply missed, yet we rejoice in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord she so faithfully served.
