Born on June 6, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ray Sizemore and Ellena Shuck, Chester lived a full and colorful life filled with love and laughter. He is survived by his sister Linda and his brother David.
He married the love of his life, LaVerne Sizemore, in 1981 and is survived by their three children: Danny, Roy and Timothy. He was also a close personal friend to Mikala, also of Hillsboro, whom he loved like a daughter. He was also a loving grandfather to Mallory, Brendan, Trent, Courtney, Amanda and his great grandchild, Mesunas. Chester was a devoted father and grandfather, always putting his family first.
Chester attended Bell Gardens High School in California and graduated in 1972. After moving to Texas, he joined the City of Hillsboro where he worked diligently for many years and was an instrumental figure in many improvement projects in the city's parks and cemeteries.
Chester will be remembered for his quick wit, unending generosity and warm heart. He had a passion for life that was unmatched, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Chester was a devout Christian and is now reunited with his soul mate, LaVerne, in Heaven.
Although Chester is no longer with us, his spirit lives on through his family and friends. As we mourn his passing, let us also celebrate the joy, kindness and laughter he brought into our lives.
