Chuck Cox

Chuck L. Cox, age 61, of Hillsboro, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, in Dallas. Funeral services will take place at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 28, 2025, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro. A burial will follow the service at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro.

Chuck was born March 27, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, to Richard and Buelah Mae (Cook) Cox. He was a selfless, independent, strong, kind and loving husband, father, uncle and grandfather. The owner of a remodeling company, Chuck was also a ranch hand, horse enthusiast, joke teller and a man of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard, Sr. and Buelah; and his brother, Richard, Jr. Survivors include his wife, Tina Cox; his step mother, Patsy; his children, Ernest, Chris, John and wife, Melissa, Jeffrey and wife, Sammy, Ashlee and wife, Sarah, and Michael and wife, Faye; grandchildren, August and Ethan; nephews, Brandon, Donavin, Jameson, Aidan, Alexander and Joe; and nieces, Stephanie and Raquel.
