David Cosby

David Cosby, 79, of Hillsboro died Wednesday, February 27, 2008, in Hillsboro. David was born February 3, 1929 in Rosebud, Texas the son of V. C. and Medora Collier Cosby. He grew up in Milford and Mertens. During WWII and the Korean Conflict he served his country in the U. S. Air Force. He worked as a printer all of his adult life. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Milford. Preceding him in death were his parents and three brothers. Survivors include his brothers, John Cosby of Alvarado, Tim Cosby of Mertens, Eugene Cosby of Waco, Wayne Cosby of Grand Prairie, Rufus Cosby of Auburn, GA, and Lee Cosby of Mertens.
