Denise McManus

Denise Joan McManus (Weise), age 55, passed away on July 17, 2025, in Mansfield, Texas. Born on January 15, 1970, in Austin, Texas, Denise lived a life rooted in love for her family and deep connections with those around her.

Denise was the beloved daughter of Hilda Weise and the late John Weise. She carried forward the legacy of her grandparents, Joan and Charles Weise and Consuelo and Gabe Aleman, whose memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

She was a devoted mother to Amanda Sanchez and her husband Manny Sanchez; Jared McManus and his girlfriend Kristi Colon; and Kash Esparza. Her children were a source of immense pride and joy in her life.

Denise also shared a close bond with her brother Tony Weise and his wife Seema Weise. She was a cherished aunt to Haley Moden and her husband Clay Moden; Desirae Weise-Hillin and her husband Logan Hillin; Aleena Weise; Briseis Weise; Aleena Azhar; and Ryyan Azhar. Her love extended to the next generation as well-her great-nieces Amelia and Alex Hillin who brought her so much joy.

Throughout her life, Denise nurtured strong relationships with many cousins and friends who will remember her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support. She was known as a loving daughter, mom, aunt, cousin, and friend-roles she embraced wholeheartedly.
