Rebecca Diane Kennedy

Diane Kennedy, age 84, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026, in Burleson, Texas. Graveside services will take place at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Brandon/Bynum Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 9:00 AM, at the cemetery.

She was born on October 31, 1941, to Mark Twain Boldt and Mary Elizabeth (Daniels) Boldt, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Diane enjoyed barrel racing, rodeos, the Kentucky Derby, Louisianna Downs, fishing and camping on weekends. All who knew her were familiar with "the look" she could give you. Diane could be very stern, but only when necessary.

Preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Mary Boldt; and brother, Daniel Dion, Diane is survived by, Rebecca Taylor and husband, Rick, Deede Armstrong and husband, Charles, Dean Kennedy, and Barbara Carter and husband, Jody; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and sisters, Marry Jenkins and Delaine Whalen.
