Edna Bostick

Edna June Bostick, 82, of Whitney, passed away on June 7, 2018 at her residence. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.

Edna was born on May 21, 1936, in Granbury, to Archie and Juanita (Smith) Roe and was raised in Deming, New Mexico where she attended school. On January 9, 1953, she married Roy Bostick and was a homemaker. For several years she owned her own arts and crafts store in Whitney where she made and sold all kinds of arts and crafts. She enjoyed camping with her husband. Edna was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, Roy T. Bostick on August 25, 2002; her eldest son, Roy Thomas (Tom) Bostick, Jr; her grandson, Christopher David Bostick; and her daughter-in-law Priscilla (Prissy) Mary Bostick.

Survivors include her son, Stephen Bostick and Kelly McCoy; grandchildren, Jennifer Young, Brian Bostick, Robert Bostick and Alex Bostick and five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Archie Roe.
