Janet Ruth Phillips

Janet Ruth Phillips was born in Portland, Oregon to Larry and Nina Ashley. She lived in Blum, Texas where her family has resided for over one hundred years. She passed Monday, June 15, 2026, at Providence in Waco. She is preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind a loving family of four children: Anthony Utter (Sarah), Larry Utter (Jessica), Donald Phillips (Marybeth), Janina Phillips, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her sister Nina Sue Ashley. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
