Joe Wayne Daniels

Joe Wayne Daniels, age 63 of Clifton, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at his residence in Clifton.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, April 30, 2021, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro with Shane Medcalf officiating.  Burial will follow at Peoria Cemetery.  Joe will lie in state from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Marshall & Marshall.

Joe was born April 10, 1958, to Billy W. Daniels and Charlesie J. Beard in LaMesa, Texas.

Joe was preceded in death by both of his parents and brothers-in-law, Leonard Hickel and Billy Pickering.

Joe will be greatly missed by his surviving family: daughters, Clarissa Breeding (Dustin) of Decatur, Alabama, Alicia Daniels of Walnut Cove, South Carolina, and Jennifer Daniels of Walnut Cove, South Carolina; sons, Travis Thornton of Ft. Worth, Brandon Daniels (Hanna Michelle) of Ft. Worth, Austin Daniels (Emily Walker) of Clifton, and Ryan Daniels (Bailee Boedecker) of Wichita Falls; stepmother Lee Daniels of Wichita Falls; sisters, Roxanne Pickering of Conroe, Vange Ramage (Brad Hoskins) of Cleburne, and Mandi Shar (Irfan) of Ft. Worth; brothers, Steve Daniels (Toni) of Itasca, Sam Daniels (Tammy) of Cleveland, Gerald Daniels (Tammy) of Godley, and Charlie Shumate (Mauricio) of Austin; five grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog Ellie.
