Biography
L C Boyd,88, of Dallas passed away Friday, January 1, 2016 in a Dallas hospital. Graveside services will be at 1 PM, Monday, January 4, 2016 at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro.
L C was born November 13, 1927 in Plainview, Texas to Thomas and Eva (Shuler) Boyd. He was a typesetter for 45 years before retiring in 1991. He married Jeannette Vandiver on October 4, 1945.
L C was survived by his wife of 70 years, Jeannette Vandiver Boyd of Dallas; children,Judy Boyd Stewart of Ft. Worth, Joan(Don) Boyd Blasingame of Ft. Worth, and Jean Boyd Trego of Ft. Worth;Sisters,Cleta Emerson of Highland Village and Juanite Morgeson of Hurst; grandchildren,Christopher Trego, Jillian Scott and Katie Blasingame.
