Leon Michael Cobb

Leon Michael "Mike" Cobb, of Hillsboro, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2026, at home. Born on September 5, 1944, in Laird Hill, Rusk County, Texas, Mike was known for his love for people. He loved to BBQ and was always sharing his treats with friends and neighbors. Mike loved his wife, sons, family and especially his grandkids with all his heart.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Emma: son, Michael Dale Cobb and wife Tracy of Colorado Springs, Colorado; son, Kevin Lee Cobb and wife Mesina of Tremonton, Utah; grandson, Makaio and wife Anni of Tremonton, Utah; grandson, Chris and wife Lexie of Colorado Springs, Colorado; granddaughter, Leila and fiancé Harrison of Spartanburg, South Carolina; grandson, Leon of Tremonton, Utah; great granddaughter, Hali'a of Tremonton, Utah; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends who will miss him greatly. Mike is also survived by his pet companion, BIue.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Chester Charles Cobb and Bessie Mae Brimer Cobb; brother, Charles Cobb; sister, Charlotte Rae Cobb Heatherty.

In accordance with Mike's wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paw Pals in Hillsboro, Texas.
