Lillie Auten

Lillie Auten, 88, of Whitney passed away on June 15, 2009 Lillie was born on November 16, 1920 in Comanche County, the daughter of the late Claude Clinton and Lillie Ethel Bloyd Otwell. She attended Comyn school. On June 26, 1937 she married Marshall Lee Auten and he preceded her in death on February 13, 2006. She was a member of Prairie Valley Baptist Church. Also preceding her in death were her son, Norman D. Auten; son-in-law, Charles F. Ogletree and granddaughter, Dawn Cook. Survivors: daughter, Rita Ogletree of Whitney; son, Curtis L. Auten and wife Joann of Arlington; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
