Ray Adkins, Sr

Ray Adkins, Sr., 71, of Brandon died Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at his home. Ray was born January 7, 1936 in Hubbard, Texas the son of Rax and Wadye Adkins. Ray was a graduate of Hubbard High School. He married Mary Ray Moffett in 1954. Long time residents of Hill County, they have lived in Brandon the last 13 years. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ray Adkins of Brandon; two sons, Ray Adkins, Jr. and wife, Debbie, of Bynum and Tony Adkins and wife, Jeanette, of Aquilla; sister, Paula Eubanks of West; five grandchildren, Anthony Adkins, Misty Adkins, Chris Adkins, Lance Adkins, and Kevin Adkins; and one great-grandchild, Steven Adkins.
