Robert Rogers

Robert Rogers, 65, of Whitney passed away on June 26, 2008 at his residence. He was born on June 19, 1943 in Canyon, TX to Carl and Earline HicksRogers. He grew up and lived in Canyon until 1985 when he moved to Whitney. He worked in several city governments during his career. On Dec. 25, 1962 he married Mary Blassingame. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Mary of Whitney; children, Randy and wife, Donna Rogers of Watauga, Richard and wife, Patricia Rogers of Waco; brothers, Donnie and wife, Sharron Rogers, Sie and wife, Glenda Rogers both of Whitney; six grandchildren, Brandin Marshall, Devin, Shannon, Sandy and Scott.
