Ruby Mcconathy

Ruby McConathy, 79, of Whitney passed away on December 2, 2004 at her residence. She was the daughter of Charles and Rosa Collins. She married Tracy Jack McConathy on June 6, 1946 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Ruby had lived in Whitney the past twenty two years. She was a member of Prairie Valley Baptist Church in Whitney. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Kennety Wayne McConathy; sisters, Erma Glover, Wava Dotson and brothers, Troy Collins and Jude Collins. Survivors include her husband, Jack of Whitney; children, Sharon Heritage and husband, Mike of College Station, Charles McConathy and wife, Connie of Bryan, Diana Scott and husband, Kenneth of Whitney; sister, Neva Miller; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
