Travis Karl Bright

Travis Karl Bright, born on June 11, 1947, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2025, at the age of 78.

Travis will be remembered for his warm smile, generous spirit, and his readiness to lend a hand to fix just about anything. He was deeply devoted to his family and proudly served his country, answering the call to duty during the Vietnam War. His service reflected the same quiet strength, integrity, and sense of responsibility that defined his life.

Travis lived a simple life and found his greatest joy in the things that mattered most to him—especially his horses, which he loved dearly. His steady presence, practical wisdom, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

A graveside service honoring Travis’s life will be held on December 27, 2025, at Bethlehem Cemetery in Whitney, Texas, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
