Vada Templeton

Vada Mae Templeton, 88, of Burleson passed away on September 19, 2006 in Cleburne. She was the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Katie Mae White Wise. She married Wilburn A. Templeton on June 16, 1934 in San Angelo and they lived in Abilene and Hico before retiring to Whitney. He preceded her in death, Dec. 28, 2003. Vada Mae was a homemaker and owned her own beauty shop in Stephenville. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and great grandson, Jeff Templeton. Survivors include her children, Wilburn O. Templeton and wife, Betty of Burleson, Donna J. Snyder and husband, Phil of Summerdale, PA.; grandchildren, Michael Templeton of Council Bluff, Iowa, Carey Templeton and wife, Donna of Burleson, Scott Shupp and wife, Patty of Winfield, IL., Teri Lynne Gambone and husband, Vincent of Harrisburg, PA.; great grandchildren, Cody, David, Gregg Templeton, Heather, Melissa, Ashton Burget, Elizabeth Thomas and Timothy Miller.
