William Roland McConathy

William Roland McConathy, born on October 22, 1950, passed away peacefully at his home on February 5, 2026. He is remembered with great love and admiration by his family, who cherished the 47 years shared with his beloved wife, Patty.

Bill is survived by his children: Kristi Gray and her husband Mike, Kalishia Sanders and her husband Roger, and son David Gray. He took immense pride in his role as a grandfather to his grandchildren, including Kerby Holder and his wife Shannon, Brooklyn Evans and her husband Dominic, Christopher Sanders and his wife Ashton, and Gregory Sanders and his wife Jessica. His lineage also continues to thrive through his treasured great-grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Bill was a source of strength and inspiration. He faced challenges with resilience and brought joy to those around him. His absence is felt deeply within his family and friends, who gathered to celebrate his life and the legacy he leaves behind.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his children, Craig and Amanda, and his grandson, Anthony Gray. He will be lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

The family will hold a private service to honor his memory on February 16, 2026. As they reflect on the beautiful moments shared, they find comfort in each other's love and the lasting impact Bill has had on their lives. PaPa, you are dearly missed. Love, MeMac.
