Bruce Jernigan Jr., ‘BJ’ was tragically taken from us Monday March 15, 2021.   A Celebration of Life Saturday March 27, 2021 at 1:00,  at Becky's house, 3817 Windy Ln. Alvarado Tx, 76009

BJ was born May 11, 1982 to Bruce and Becky Jernigan. BJ was a sweet soul and quite the jokester. He will be missed by so many. He had an insatiable love for cooking, in fact he started at a very young age, which led him to become a Chef. His dream was to have a food truck, and feed anyone and everyone his tasty treats. Seeing the reaction of their faces put a smile on his heart. He loved camping, fishing and cooking out, listening to good music and spending time with family and friends. We will miss his infectious laugh and funny jokes as he was always the life of the party and loved to make people laugh. We love you BJ. 

Survived by: (Wife) Julie Jernigan, (daughters) Launa and Tenley Jernigan, (Mom) Becky Jernigan, (Brother) Bobby Jernigan, (Brother and Sister in-law) Blu and Cassy Jernigan, (Grandmother and Grandfather) Pat and Chico Ortega, along with numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
