Christopher Earl Anders

Christopher Earl Anders, 50yrs old of Whitney Texas, went to be with his Lord on October 30th 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday October 5, 2022, at Whitney Memorial Park

Chris was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma on December 23rd, 1971 to Roy Mack Anders Sr. and Frances Hamilton. He grew up in Texas, raised by his father and stepmother Barbara Jean Deal Anders.

Chris had a big heart and would help anyone. Chris loved and was very proud of his children and grandchildren. He had a strong belief that family should stick together and care for each other. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially enjoying the outdoors, fishing, camping and watching bonfires.

Chris was skilled in concrete, construction work and remodeling. He also worked for some time for Fleetwood Mobile homes.

Survived by daughters, Christan Cotton and husband Johnathan, Shyann Anders; granddaughters Leyanna and Miyah; grandson Leyland; sisters Gretchen Smith and husband Shane, Teresa Williams and husband Bill; brothers Roy Anders Jr and wife Nadine, Fernie Lee Anders; girlfriend Dorothy Rodgers; Kim Fulton and husband Chris; multiple nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
