Debra Ann (Carpenter) Roberts

Debra Ann Roberts, age 51, of Bardwell passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020, in Webster, Texas. A visitation will be held from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

On June 10, 1969, a fiery little red-haired girl named, Debra Ann, was born to Annabelle and James Carpenter. She was the baby of the family and the only girl.  James, Annabelle, and their three kids moved to Meridian, Texas from Michigan, where Annabelle worked for the school and James did ranch work. Debbie, as she was known to many, graduated from Meridian High School in 1987 and attended Hill College where he received her cosmetology license. Debbie married Danny Roberts and they had two children, Bekka and Bradley. In July of 2012, Debbie married Donald Seals. Bekka, Bradley, and her grandchildren, Landen and Autumn, were the center of her universe. Debbie loved spending time hanging out with friends and family but valued the time she spent with Landen and Autumn.

Preceding her in death were her mom, dad, and grandparents.

Debbie leaves behind her two children; two grandchildren; her husband; two brothers, Jimmy and David; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
