Obituary

Dot Walker, 78, of Waco, Texas, passed away on April 12, 2023. She was born on August 8, 1944, in Waxahachie, Texas to James Wesley Crumpton and Eler Sims Crumpton.

Dot, also known as Dorothy Frida Walker, was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She attended Duncanville High School, as well as Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. Dot served in the Army from 1963-1966 as a dental hygienist, she loved her country. After her military service, she trained for computer work and she enjoyed her work. Dot enjoyed working on jigsaw puzzles and word searches in her free time. Dot worshipped at a Baptist church and her faith was an important part of her life.

Dot is survived by her children, Donna Walker-Berry and Kenneth Edward Walker; sister, Sheridan Williamson. Dot was a doting grandmother to her grandchildren, Kyle Hall, Katelynn Walker, Kelsie Routh, Kelli Walker-Berry and four great-grandchildren; she also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
