Joe Stansberry

Joe Stansberry, age 69, of Whitney passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, in Hillsboro. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors chapel in Whitney with memorial service to follow. 

Joe was born August 28, 1951, in Clifton, Texas, to Joseph Lawrence Stansberry and Thera Williams Stansberry.  Joe was raised in Andrews, Texas, and later spent his adult life in Ft. Worth. 

Preceding him in death were his parents and two brothers. 

Joe is survived by his sister, Sheila Wheeler Hill and husband, Randy, of Whitney; a sister-in-law, Terri Stansberry of Dallas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
