Obituary
Kathy C. Foster, age 60 of Whitney, Texas passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at her residence. She was born September 2, 1962, in Big Spring, Texas to Andy Marx and Wynona (White) Miller. Kathy grew up in Big Spring. She later moved to Whitney and there she worked as a hairdresser for some time. She also worked at the Red Boot Retreat in Woodbury, she really loved this job, and everyone loved working with her. When Kathy was not working, she loved spending time with her family, bird watching and listening to country music.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Wynonna Miller, and her son, Jeff Cox.
Kathy is survived by her children, Justin Cox of San Antonio, Clayton Daniel Foster of Marlin, and Taylor Foster of Haltom City; her sister, Janet Bingham of Whitney; and Aunt Lois Thomas of Big Spring; granddaughter, destiny Fuentes and great granddaughter, Aina Fuentes of Wichita Falls.
