Kenneth Leon Baker passed peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2023, at Hillsboro Regional Hospital after suffering a stroke.
He was born July 6, 1946, in a one room log cabin in Allen, Oklahoma to Ardy Maxine Boyd Baker and N.W. Baker who both preceded him in death.
Survived by his beloved wife, Carolyn Margaret Baker, of fifty-three years; son Eric Jason Baker and his wife, Amanda Danley Baker, granddaughter Cadence and grandson Jameson Baker all of Hillsboro Texas; son Nicholas Logan Baker and his wife, Amanda Pedlow Baker of Moore Oklahoma; brother Ron Baker of Wolfe City, Texas; and nephew Ron and niece Connie; and several other relatives too many to list.
He enjoyed the quiet life in Hillsboro, loved gardening and was an avid reader of science fiction novels. His greatest achievements were his long and happy marriage, his two sons and their families. Gratefully they were all together Sunday, August 27, 2023.
