Margaret Lucille McClure

Margaret Lucille McClure, age 103 of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Town Hall Estates in Hillsboro. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Hillcrest Garden of Memory in Hillsboro with Rev. Paul Clark officiating. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Marshall and Marshall funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

Margaret was born September 1, 1917 to John and Willie Frances (Hertzogg) McFarlen. She was united in marriage to James Vernon McClure on August 4, 1939 and he preceded her in death in January of 2000. Margaret was a member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church in Hillsboro.

Margaret is survived by her children, Linda Brooks, Beth Smith, Ronnie McClure and wife, Jan, and Billy McClure and wife, Sue; grandchildren, Vickie Murray and husband, Steve, Randy Brooks and wife, Stacy, Rhonda Selmon and husband, Billy, Steve Smith, Tim Smith and wife, Mary, Robert Smith, Becky Forman and husband, Matt, Patrick McClure and wife, Janelle, and Michael McClure and wife, Manda; her great-grandchildren, Stephanie, Adam, Kaitlyn, Cody, Scott, Chris, Zack, Joey, Taylor, Dillion, Travis, James, Brandon, Katie, Madison, Mac Kenzie, Benjamin, Mason, Maddox; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
