Maria Luisa (Llamas) Trejo

Maria Luisa Trejo passed away at Medical City Fort Worth on March 28, 2022, at the age of sixty-two. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors, in Hillsboro, Texas. Visitation will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, April 1, 2022, at Marshall and Marshall.

Maria was born in Sinton, Texas on October 1, 1959. In 1973, she moved to Hillsboro, Texas where she would meet her husband, Lorenzo Trejo. They would marry one another on July 26, 1975. Known to those closest to her as a loving wife, a caring mother, and a proud grandmother. Remembered by those around her as a God-fearing woman, who would put others before herself. 

Maria was preceded in death by her parents Pablo Flores Castillo and Luisa Montes Castillo. She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Lorenzo Trejo; her sisters, Adela Castillo, Nina Fuentes, and Miguela Compean; her children, Rosalinda Abundis, Jose Luis Trejo, Lisa Lopez, Myra Trejo, and Marisela Reyes; and her grandchildren, Julieta Lopez, Jennifer Lopez, Camila Reyes, Malachi Lopez, and Liam Reyes. 

She will be deeply missed and never forgotten by those whose lives she has touched. 

Maria will be interred at the Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro Texas. Her body set to rest, and spirit free to rejoice in heaven.
