Milburne Dean “Dick” Loewe passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, at home in Milford, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro, Texas. Visitation will precede the service from 10:00 to 11:00.
Born in Irene, Texas, to Henry and Wanda (Muesse) Loewe on November 7, 1931, Dick attended school in Lovelace then served his country in the United States Army from 1952 until he was honorably discharged in 1954. After his military service, he moved to Dallas, Texas and worked for Haskell’s Garage, then started his own business, Loewe Price Automotive, then worked for All World Auto until he retired. After retiring, he moved to Milford, Texas. Dick was united in marriage to Sandra Nall on November 12, 2010, in Waxahachie, Texas. A member of the VFW and the Methodist Faith, he enjoyed working on cars and hunting in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, Dick is preceded in death by three brothers, Henry, Wallace, and Bobby Loewe. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Loewe; his children, Brittany Clayton, Danny Clayton and his wife, Stacy, David Loewe and his wife Pamela, and Dana Mullins and her husband Bobby Ufer; his children’s mother, Laverne Loewe; his siter in law, Patsy Loewe; and nine grandchildren, Bryce Mullins, Mason Mullins, Madelynn Wright, Cory Clayton, Abigail Wright, Charlee Wright, Jaxon Wright, Adrianne Clayton, and Rylan Clayton.
