Ann, as many knew her, was born November 1, 1942, in Fort Scott, Kansas to her parents, Eunice and Lewis Holding. She had seven brothers and three sisters. She met and later married Arthur Ray Heath, Sr. on September 3, 1960. Together they raised four children and opened their home to nieces and nephews in times of need.
She was a stay-at-home mother for many years, but cooking was a large part of her life. She purchased and operated the Busy Bee Café in Maypearl from 1985-2002, where she was often known for giving meals to many in need. She was a vital part of the Maypearl community, helping with the creation of the Chamber of Commerce. She supported and fundraised for many programs, including Youth Sports, the Volunteer Fire Department, Meals on Wheels, and the Midlothian Senior Center.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur Ray Heath Sr., and her seven brothers and three sisters. Left behind to cherish her memory are her loving children, Deborah Simmons, Cathy Willburn, Arthur Ray Heath, Jr and wife Tonya, and Stacia Giles. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
