Sarah Doris (Ripley) Gant

Sarah Ripley Gant went to be with Jesus on Monday October 31, 2022, at the age of 71.

Sarah was born on March 16, 1951 in Cleburne, TX to Richard and Dallie Ripley. She married Steve Gant

on July 3, 1969 and they were happily married 53 years.

Sarah was preceded in death by her father Richard Ripley, mother Dallie Ripley and brother Charles

Ripley.

Sarah was a loving wife, mom, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Steve Gant, daughter

Stacy Hill and husband Tim, daughter Stephanie Andersen and husband Scott. Four grandchildren: Trent

and Hannah Hill, Sonnie and Samantha Andersen and one great granddaughter Gracelyn Watson. She is

also survived by her brother Jeff Ripley and wife Sherrie, sister Sue Prather and husband Bill, sister

Donna Beeman and husband Rob and sister-in-law Sue Ripley and several nieces and nephews.

Sarah loved baking with the grandchildren, watching them play sports and spending time with family

and friends. She loved the holidays and going Black Friday shopping with her daughters and

granddaughters.

Visitation will be at Marshall and Marshall in Whitney November 2, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm with funeral

services being held on November 3, 2022 at 10:00am also at Marshall and Marshall in Whitney with

graveside following at Peoria Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers she requested donations be made to one of the following: Pleasant View (Jawbone)

Cemetery, Peoria Baptist Church, or Peoria Cemetery
